Nitek Wins TV9 Gujarat Excellence Award 2026, Unveils Nitek Nova Smart Kiosk for Schools in India

A whiteboard-to-smartboard shift has been building in Indian classrooms for years. This week, that shift got a national stamp of approval. Nitek, widely regarded as one of the best interactive flat panel brands in India and trusted by over 100 institutions, has been awarded the TV9 Gujarat Excellence Award 2026 for technology in education, presented by the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Harsh Sanghavi. At the same event, Nitek unveiled its next big leap: Nitek Nova, a new smart kiosk for schools in India built to bring AI-powered learning to students across the country, including its remotest corners.

This article covers what the award recognises, what Nitek Nova actually does, and why both matter for schools and colleges evaluating their next classroom technology investment.

A National Recognition for Indian EdTech Innovation

The TV9 Gujarat Excellence Award honours individuals and organisations driving real impact across industry, innovation and public service. Nitek's win in the technology-in-education category recognises a mission that goes beyond selling hardware: making advanced classroom technology accessible to schools that have historically been left out of the EdTech conversation, including institutions in remote and underserved parts of the country.

Being recognised by a platform of this scale, and receiving the award from a sitting Deputy Chief Minister, is a strong validation for an India-made brand competing in a category long dominated by global names like Promethean, BenQ, ViewSonic, Samsung and SMART Technologies.

Introducing Nitek Nova: A New Category of Smart Learning Kiosk

For years, EdTech has largely meant adding another screen, another app or another platform to the classroom. Nitek is asking a different question: can the right technologies come together in one place that is actually useful to a student?

That thinking shaped Nitek Nova, a smart education kiosk designed to bring focused, interactive learning into a single learning station. Nova is built around:

•     AI-powered learning that adapts to how a student is engaging

•     Personalised assistance for individual learning paths

•     Interactive educational content built for classroom and self-study use

•     Digital learning resources and a built-in e-library

•     Virtual learning experiences that go beyond static textbooks

•     A distraction-free environment designed specifically for students

One kiosk. A complete learning ecosystem. No extra devices, no fragmented apps, no scattered platforms.

Why Nitek Is the Best Interactive Flat Panel Brand in India

This recognition reinforces why more schools are calling Nitek the best interactive flat panel brand in India. Nitek has built its reputation on products made with Indian classrooms in mind: 4K display clarity for large rooms, Android-based systems with built-in AI tools, real-time annotation, auto-framing, voice tracking, and a 3-year warranty that is longer than most competitors offer in India. Nitek Nova, the brand's new smart kiosk for schools in India, extends that same philosophy from the flat panel to a standalone learning station.

For school administrators and IT heads evaluating EdTech vendors in 2026, this combination of national recognition and continued product innovation is a clear signal. Nitek is not simply importing global technology and rebranding it. It is building purpose-made solutions for Indian schools, colleges and corporate training environments, backed by after-sales support that holds up over the long term.
